Are you and your partner struggling to communicate effectively? Do you find yourself wishing you could go back to the way things used to be? Are you finding it hard to get through the day without feeling overwhelmed? Life happens. Sometimes it's hard, and stress can build up over time making it difficult to navigate alone.
One thing I can offer is an outsider's perspective. I have been in practice for over 10 years. I always approach my clients from a one-down position, which means my clients are the experts of their lives. Upon our first call, I will strive to learn as much about you as possible in order to better understand the situation you are in currently. I will offer insight and comments on your pattern, and you will determine what will work best for you. I am creative and do not like to conform our sessions into something that will place a box around it.
