Nothing is better for emotional relief than talking to someone about your problems, whether you just want to get it off your chest, or appreciate having an outside perspective, or want someone to help guide you into deeper self-reflection.

I believe we are all beings that exist on a physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional plane, and the more we learn about ourselves, the more we can control things we didn't know we could.
I absolutely love to get to know people, and put the pieces together to solve the puzzle of who they are, and why they are how they are. While the more I get to know you the deeper we can look, if you just need to vent, I am here to listen. I am not here to diagnose, judge, or criticize.
I offer my attention, and input to any who feel it could benefit them.
