I am experienced with mental illness as I coach my friends, mother and patients on prevention for: self harm, suicide, addiction, eating disorders, low self esteem, and poor life decisions. I have worked with Scizo-effective, Bipolar, paranoid delusions, BPD, PTSD, dementia, psychosis, auditory and visual hallucinations, anxiety, disociation, dissociative identity disorder (previously known as split personality disorder), anger management, and depression. I will educate you on what I know without a doubt (no unsupported/ contradicted studies).
As well as having worked with people who have these disorders, I am a depressive bipolar type 1 with auditory hallucinations and paranoid delusions, anxiety, and PTSD. I am very well medicated and have learned ways to cope with my day PTSD. I do not have a degree, but have found joy in making researching mental illness a hobby, including collecting the most recent studies and have plans to become a psychologist and psychiatrist.
