You know that feeling when you're all alone on the internet and then something goes wrong?  Well, we get it. The Most Common Errors and How To Fix Them

1.  You changed or updated your profile or listing image and/or text but it is not reflecting on your profile or listing.

Solution

Clear Your Browser Cache/History  -  Clear your web browser history and refresh the page to display the changes.  Web browsers save information to your computer when you visit a website to help with load time.  For example you may notice that when you visit a website for the first time it may load a bit slow.  However when you revisit the same page it instantly shows up...this is because the browser has saved this information for easy access.  For more information on this and to learn how to clear your browser history CLICK HERE.

 

2.  Image or ID not showing up in your listing or your ID is not uploading correctly.

Solution

Resize Image/Photo  -  Your image is too large and will not upload to the system.  Smartphones today take excellent HD quality photos which is perfect for displaying your talent and replaces the need to spend tons of money on a professional camera or equipment.  The only problem is these images are extremely large.  For this reason we suggest you RESIZE YOUR IMAGES HERE to a width of 500.  Once this is done, save the image and retry the uploading process.  This should definitely fix your issue.  For more information on this and to learn how to resize your images CLICK HERE.

 

3.  Phone Number is not registering properly in the system and/or you are able to make/receive calls.

Solution

Format Your Phone Number Correctly  -  In order for your phone number to register correctly it needs to be entered in the following format.

+1 5554443322

Plus one space ten digit number no spaces.

or

+Country code space ten digit number no spaces.

4.  Listing not showing up in the directory or not receiving any calls or text.

Solution

Subscription Expired/Renew Subscription  -  Renew your subscription THEN republish your listing and it will appear in the directory.  A subscription enables you to place your listings in the directory so potential callers can reach you.  Once your subscription expires any new listings you create will not show until you renew your subscription.  You can begin or stay with a FREE Subscription to publish all your listings and upgrade as you grow your business.
